Annual Passes
Annual Passes are available for purchase at any of our computer shows. An annual pass is valid for the term of one year from the date of purchase.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Annual Pass is NOT TRANSFERABLE and remains the property of Mega Show. It is a privilege extended only to the person whose name appears on it, and Mega Shows reserves the right to revoke any passport.
2. A 2nd valid ID is required for admission. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of annual pass without refund.
3. Resale of annual pass is prohibited.
4. NOT responsible for loss, theft or replacement of annual pass.
5. Annual Pass is valid for approved Mega Shows computer shows only. It is NOT VALID for other productions, special events, conferences, or trade shows produced by Mega Shows.
6. No Exchange, No Refund, Non-transferable, Non-Replaceable.

Admission Refund
Absolutely no refund for whatever reasons once ticket is turned over to the ticket taker and admitted to the show. Full refund may be granted with your valid non-tear ticket before admitting to the show.

Return To Show Policy
Your purchased ticket allows for one admission only. However, you may return to the show on the same day with a valid hand stamp provided at the exit.

Merchandise return or exchange:

1. Must have valid receipt showing company name and date of purchase.
2. Must have merchandise to be returned.
3. Purchase must be made at one of our shows within the last 30 days. (Sorry, we do not honor returns from competing shows.)
4. The company where you made your purchase must have participated at our last show and is participating at the current show.
   
5. A staff member will escort you to conduct the return and once completed you will be escorted out of the show without any delay.
6. Only one person will be admitted for the return. If you intend to stay and shop, you'll need to purchase a ticket.
